不是吧~我是把这个矩阵慢慢缩小，一直到1*1的矩阵。其中会产生很多的sum，if(sum>max) max=sum;
关键在你缩小矩阵的方法。我是算出矩阵四边的和，减去最小的那个和，并把矩阵做相应的调整。算法就是这样应该没错。
不过貌似我还有一些问题没解决，还没AC呢~
