为何用 vector< vector<Edge> > edge[MAXN] 就擦肩而过, 并且有时还 TLE .而 vector<Edge>edge[MAXN] 就TLE，自己写的链表　+ STL库的优先队列 TLE
自己写的链表 + 自己写的优先队列也 TLE
